Ben H. McComb Elementary School serves students in Pre-Kindergarten through 2nd grade.

The McComb building was built in 1965 with an addition of four classrooms in 1991-92, now consisting of 22 classrooms, a Reading Recovery room, a gym/cafeteria, kitchen, music room, media center, speech therapist's office, a counselor's office, nurse's office, and principal's office.

The professional staff consists of 1 pre-school teacher,6 all-day kindergarten teachers, 6 first grade teachers, 6 second grade teachers, 2 special education teachers, a speech therapist, school social worker, a physical education teacher, a music teacher, 2 Reading Recovery teachers, 1 Media Specialist, 5 special education para-pros, 2 Title I/At Risk para pros, 3 playground supervisors, 1 pre-school parapro, a secretary and a principal.

Keeping us clean and fed are 3 custodians and 4 cafeteria workers.
