My name is Michelle Warren and I am the new principal for Schall Elementary School. I am excited to be a part of the Caro Community School system. I come with 17 years of experience in education. I was a teacher in the Croswell-Lexington schools for 8 years and have been in elementary administration for the past 9 years. I grew up in the thumb of Michigan graduating from Akron-Fairgrove Schools in 1990, just around the corner from Caro Schools. It feels like being back home coming to Caro Schools. I am married and have four children ages 11, 9, 6 and 4. It will be a growing and learning process for all of us. My first priority is getting to know the staff, students, parents and community and determine where our greatest areas of need are. We will work together to create a positive and rigorous learning environment for our students. I have an open door policy and welcome input from others. It is important to always be moving forward to make positive progress in the education that we provide for our students. The most important focus is always to make the decisions that keep the best interest of all students in mind. I thank everyone for the warm welcome to Caro Community Schools and I look forward to the great opportunities that we have to positively impact the lives of our students and their families!
