FREE ATHLETIC PHYSICALS

WEDNESDAY June 5^th  3:00-6:00PM CARO MEDICAL CLINIC

(We realize that unfortunately this is the same day the 7th and 8th grade travel to Cedar Point. Currently this is the only date scheduled for physicals. Mr. Studley is trying to get another date in August. It will be posted on the Caro Schools website under the "Athletics" page if another date becomes available.)

Physical forms are available in the Middle & High School offices and on the athletic website.  Students must have the parental and student sections of the physical form completed and signed by both parent and student before going to get his/her physical completed.  Students in grades 6-11 are encouraged to take advantage of this service if you plan on being involved in athletics next year.  Please indicate the school grade NEXTyear on your physical card.

• Students who had a physical before April 15th, 2013 must have a new one for next year.
• If you do not take advantage of the free athletic physical on this scheduled date, and require a physical at a later date, you will be charged by the doctor’s offices.
• These Doctors, Nurses, and other Community Members volunteer their time to do these athletic physicals.  They may close the doors before the set end time if needed to get students completed during their scheduled time.
